Subject: Day 1 – Our Father

Scripture: “This, then, is how you should pray: ‘Our Father in heaven...’” – Matthew 6:9

Quote: J.I. Packer: “You sum up the whole of New Testament teaching in a single phrase, if you speak of it as a revelation of the Fatherhood of the holy Creator.”

Devotional Thought:
Jesus begins prayer not with fear, but with family. Calling God “Father” reminds us that prayer flows out of relationship, not ritual. God is not distant — He is near, loving, and present as a perfect Father.

Action Point:
Spend 5 minutes today thanking God that He is your Father. Write down 3 ways you’ve experienced His fatherly care recently.
