Meet Our Kingdom Builders Leader: Marc Diretto
Marc Diretto brings more than four decades of proven leadership in the technology industry, where he has built an impressive record of success in customer experience, project management, and strategic relationship development. Throughout his career, Marc has guided teams and organizations through seasons of significant transformation, helping businesses navigate change with clarity, excellence, and integrity.
Today, Marc serves at Fusion Church, where he is deeply involved in launching new ministries, coordinating the growth of a new location, and fostering engagement and connection within the church family. His leadership style is marked by collaboration, wisdom, and a servant’s heart—qualities that make him uniquely equipped to lead a group of business owners and leaders who desire to grow both in business and in their walk with God.
With a passion for helping others identify and develop their God-given strengths, Marc’s mission is to see businesses thrive, communities strengthened, and leaders empowered to honor God in every area of their lives.
Outside of his professional and ministry roles, Marc treasures time with his family and enjoys partnering in life and ministry with his wife, reflecting his deep love for his children, grandchildren, and the generations to come.
