Celebrating the Life and Legacy of Bob Gilmour

Robert "Bob" C. Gilmour
Robert C. Gilmour, 86, died peacefully in his Egg Harbor Township home on August 18, 2025. Robert (Bob) was born and raised in Cherry Hill, NJ, and retired to Ocean City in 2008. He is survived by his wife Barbara, his two daughters, Betsy and Bonnie, and his granddaughter Nicole.
A proud Letterman for the Penn State University football team, Bob graduated with a degree in agriculture and dairy science. For 42 years Bob operated the family-owned Holly Ravine Farm including the legendary Cowtail Bar and later Holly Ravine Wholesale foods. Bob “retired” in 2004 only to launch a handy man business that he ran for the next 20 years. Bob retired for real at age 85.
Bob committed his life to the Lord his senior year at Penn State and lived the next 65 years serving the Lord and the local church. He joined Fusion Church after permanently relocating to Ocean City and served as an elder and treasurer for the past 13 years. Known as Fusion church’s “grandfather” he leaves a legacy of faith, service and generosity.
